Vamos falar de dente.

Desde criança com nove anos tive problemas dentários. Havia inflamação e necrose dos dentes já permanentes, sofri muitas dores na época, não se fazia cirurgia também a anestesia ou nem fazia efeito ou por pouco tempo durava devido a inflamação. Com a necrose dos dentes e a polpa dentária morria, os dentes fundiam-se a mandíbula causando problema no arrancar, a força, quebrava o dente e era necessário raspagem pois pedaços ficavam presos ao osso alveolar. Sei que a explicação é complicada e não sendo essa apenas a causa pois pouco entendo havendo problemas mais agravantes.

Assim foi o passar dos anos. A diferença é que vieram meios modernizados que amenizavam mais a dor, más não o problema, não tem retrocesso foi e é cavalgante. Todos os dentes superior e inferior ocorreu o mesmo problema e para extração feitas ja com cirurgia e a raspagem não era tão dolorida além da anestesia a incisão feita ajudava o trabalho do odontologista e  todos eles ganharam dois pontos, a recuperacão levada pelo menos três meses.

Bem agora eu tenho um problema seríssimo aliás sete. cinco inteiros e dois quebrados presos dentro da gengiva. quando quebrou os dois do meio o Odonto usou com eles e uma ferragem prendendo aos outros ficando assim os sete um só, todos interligados até eu saber ou poder fazer algo. Assim ficaram todos presos e eu tinha resolvido meu problema mas era paliativo. O tempo passou e já é nítida a necrose. Os dois do meio que tem os dois pedaços presos dentro da gengiva e dos outros que estão escurecendo externamente já. o maior problema é a alimentação pouco ou nada posso mastigar pois os dentes sangram. Sou obrigado a triturar tudo o mais líquido possível. Também acordo à noite pois devido a bruxismo também há sangramento e lógico dor que busco vencer com analgésicos. Resolvi procurar uma Clínica Odonto, susto e tristeza.

Será necessário uma cirurgia e demorada devido à situação explícita na radiografia, extracão e enxertia de osso em alguns pontos mais seis meses para a recuperação do reparo, então posso começar a colocação de uma prótese que levara mais seis meses para ficar bem. Fiz dois orçamentos em Odonto diferentes. fiquei sem ação. o orçamento de uma ficou em R$ Trinta e Dois mil BRL mas com assistência e garantia total ou reembolso e na outra R$ Vinte e Nove mil e seicentos BRL mas não pareceu muito crivel.

Como posso fazer o tratamento pois foge ao meu orçamento totalmente devido aos meus ganhos. Tenho medo da dor, já tem outros problemas de saúde e físicos. Estes já me levam a usar continuamente Tramal e Morfina que também ajudam aliviar a dor nos dentes. Sou depressivo crônico faço duas vezes dia uso continuo de Fluoxetina e uma vez Diazepam para aguentar. Mas passo por muitos problemas psicológicos que já me levaram duas vezes ao extremo.

Tento mas não consigo é muita dor e tristeza que tiram completamente minha qualidade de vida e a de viver,

eu desânimo por não poder resolver mais este problema bucal, fico pior ainda, perdido, sem ação, choro muito, tardes e noites e acabo adormecendo.

I know that the explanation is complicated and this is not the only cause because I don't understand that there are more aggravating problems.

That's how the years went by. The difference is that modernized means came along that alleviated the pain more, but not the problem, there is no setback and it is rampant. All the upper and lower teeth had the same problem and for extraction they were done with surgery and the scraping was not so painful in addition to the anesthesia the incision made helped the dentist's work and they all gained two points, the recovery took at least three months.

Well now I have a very serious problem actually seven. five whole and two broken stuck inside the gum. when the two in the middle broke, Odonto used them and a hardware holding the others, thus making the seven one, all interconnected until I knew or could do something. So they were all trapped and I had solved my problem but it was palliative. Time has passed and the necrosis is already clear. The two in the middle that have the two pieces stuck inside the gum and the others that are already darkening externally. the biggest problem is eating little or nothing I can chew because my teeth bleed. I am forced to grind everything as liquid as possible. I also wake up at night because due to bruxism there is also bleeding and of course pain that I try to overcome with painkillers. I decided to look for an Odonto Clinic, fright and sadness.

Surgery will be necessary and it will take time due to the situation explicit in the X-ray, bone extraction and grafting in some points, another six months for the recovery of the repair, so I can start the placement of a prosthesis that will take another six months to be well. I made two budgets in different Odonto. I was out of action. the budget for one was BRL Thirty-two thousand BRL but with assistance and full guarantee or reimbursement and for the other BRL Twenty-nine thousand and six hundred BRL but it did not seem very believable.

How can I do the treatment because it is totally out of my budget due to my earnings. I'm afraid of pain, he already has other health and physical problems. These already lead me to continuously use Tramal and Morphine which also help relieve the pain in my teeth. I am a chronic depressive, I use Fluoxetine twice a day and Diazepam once to cope. But I go through many psychological problems that have twice taken me to the extreme.

I try but I can't, it's a lot of pain and sadness that completely take away my quality of life and that of living,

I get discouraged for not being able to solve this oral problem anymore, I get even worse, lost, without action, I cry a lot, afternoons and nights and I end up falling asleep.
