My name is Melquisedeque, "zMellk" in minecraft, I am 24 years old and have been fighting a very aggressive cancer in the left side of my face osteosarcoma for ten months. I underwent surgery on January 22, 2026, and began a five month course of chemotherapy in March. However, in July, it was discovered that the tumor had recurred, requiring another urgent surgery on August 7. Although that surgery was more invasive, my recovery went better. Yet, I never imagined that just one month later, the tumor would return this time larger and more aggressive. I am facing this battle alongside my incredible wife, who helps me with everything, and my family.

Today, September 24, 2026, my surgeon explained that the state of Sergipe lacks the necessary facilities for my case. I will need to seek treatment through the private healthcare network in Santa Catarina specifically at Unimed Meio Oeste Hospital to have the tumor removed and undergo facial reconstruction, as the skin in the area will have to be removed. The surgery costs 50,000, not including additional hospital expenses.

I sincerely ask for your prayers, that God might perform a miracle and allow me to build a family and watch my children grow up in the future.

It is a tremendous struggle, but we hold onto faith and joy in Christ Jesus, who always sustains us and gives us strength.

Meu nome é Melquisedeque, tenho 24 anos e estou a 10 meses lutando contra um câncer muito agressivo na região esquerda do meu rosto chamado "osteossarcoma". Passei por uma cirurgia no dia 22 de janeiro de 2026, em março comecei meu tratamento de quimioterapia por 5 meses até que em julho foi constatado que o tumor recidivou e precisei fazer mais uma cirurgia com urgência no dia 7 de agosto. Foi uma cirurgia mais invasiva, porém com uma melhor recuperação da minha parte. Porém o que eu não imaginava era que com 1 mês depois da cirurgia esse tumor novamente retornaria, e dessa vez maior e mais dominante. Estou passando por essa luta junto com a minha incrível esposa que me ajuda em tudo e com a minha família.

Hoje no dia 24/09/2026 a minha cirurgiã me explicou que aqui no estado de Sergipe não teria estrutura para mim e eu teria que recorrer a uma rede particular em Santa Catarina no Hospital Unimed Meio Oeste onde eu faria a remoção do tumor e também a reconstrução do meu rosto, tendo em vista que minha pele será retirada. O valor da cirurgia é de 50 mil, fora os custos que ainda terei com o hospital.

Eu peço de coração que orem por mim para que Deus faça uma obra de milagre e que eu possa futuramente construir minha familia, podendo ver meus filhos crescerem.

É uma luta muito grande, mas temos fé e alegria em Cristo Jesus que sempre nos sustenta e dar força.
