Revitalização de obra de arte naval

I’ve worked during most of the construction of this boat. It was several miles of wires and hundreds of hours of work, maybe more. It was supposed to be a boat for life. But about two years ago everything changed and now, it's sinking. 

Unfortunately, recently, my parents went through a rough divorce. For some reason, my father started acting like he hated the whole family, including his sons and daughters. I tried not to get involved and steer away from it because they were my parents, but he verbally attacked everyone, including me. Bottomline, he left us and chose to get away from everyone.

He left my mom in a delicate financial situation, and after 40 years of marriage, he doesn't even honor his spouse support obligation.

The thing is, legally, this boat is mine, he left it because he legally couldn't take it with him. However, he took everything he could from it, leaving it with nothing. It's missing engine parts, batteries, lots and lots of equipment; he even took the bedroom mattress. So, what he left me is a junk boat which can't even be turned on. I'm doing my best to pay for everything and to repair it before it sinks, because if it happens, I would have a much bigger problem. 

So, my idea with this campaign is to raise money to put this beauty back to work and use it commercially, raising funds to repair it to its full potential. If I succeed at this, I'll be able to help my mother go through the incredibly difficult situation she's currently facing. Even the smallest amount would help us a lot.
